BSP is committed to protecting our customers from potential fraud and offering safer ways to bank. VISA Debit Cards offer a more secure option for our customers.
On the 23rd of November 2024, customers who hold both a KunduCard and a VISA Debit Card will have their KunduCard cancelled. This will allow them to use their BSP VISA Debit Card only.
We encourage customers to obtain a VISA Debit Card. In the meantime please continue to use your KunduCard.
This does not apply to customers who are using only a KunduCard.
Fees for our customers remain the same when either card is used on a BSP terminal. However interchange fees may apply when a BSP card is used on a terminal from another bank.
You can continue using your KunduCard, however we encourage you order a VISA Debit Card to protect your account.
Complete a Card Application form for a VISA Debit Card and submit at your nearest branch.
Sharing of card and PIN information with 3rd parties is a direct breach of BSP's terms and conditions.
The VISA Debit Card has enhanced security features, making it a secure method of making payments.
Yes, there is an auto-renewal process with the bank. The month before the expiry date, you should visit your branch to collect your VISA Debit Card.
This will take 10 working days after application has been processed.
Customers are advised to report such merchants or shops to ICCC, and relevant authorities.
