Position Details
About the Role
The primary focus of the role is to provide effective support to the team to ensure that all BSPF policies and procedures are adhered to and an excellent level of customer service both internal and external are achieved.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintain an excellent working relationship internally and externally with our staff, customers, stakeholders and solicitors
- Ensure that they are well versed with all aspects of the deal approval and settlement process. A sound knowledge of all aspects of asset finance and the insurance protections that are in place
- Strong communication skills, firm monitoring protocols and report all potential issues directly to management
- Ensure required loan documentation are prepared in accordance with the application and loan approval signed by the correct legal entity
- Request for Title search & company searches as need be with Ministry of Justice
- Ensure all necessary loan documents are present, in order and up to-date as well as signed and sealed correctly & against approval
- Ensure that all specified General Ledgers are reconciled and monitored daily, together with of end of month reporting
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Preferred tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business Studies
- Good financial and analytical skills
- Good Credit & Risk management knowledge
- Good Sales and Marketing skills
- Basic technical skills in Lending Policies and Procedures
- Basic technical skills in Product Knowledge
- Basic technical skills in Negotiation
