Position Details
About the Role
This position reports to the Branch Manager of Retail. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information about products and services. Providing our customers quality service and exceeding their expectations at the same time portraying the value of integrity and complying with regulations. Ability to work together in a team and minimize Bank Exposure to financial loss by maintaining accurate cash balance with minimal cash errors.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and quality service to customers
- Balance cash holding daily
- Ensure cash limit is adhered to at all times
- Ensure cash limit is adhered to at all times
- Ensure End of Day cash is balanced daily
- Ensure all vouchers are accounted for and maintain team work
- Cross sell banks products and services
- Maintain Cash Security procedures at all times
- Customer confidentiality is maintained.
- Refer to your Team Leader should a transaction deem suspicious and complete a Suspicious Matter Report.Customer must never be alerted that a Suspicious Matter Report is completed.
- Be versed and guided by the AML/CTF policy to maintain highest standard of compliance
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Year 12 certificate
- Good standard of computer literacy
- Excellent standard of verbal and written skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Strong commitment to quality customer service.
- Willingness to be multi-skilled
- Knowledge in Previous customer service experience
- Previous administrative duties
