Role based dashboards provide a quick view of the most relevant functions a user requires to achieve a particular objective or complete a process. Multiple dashboards can be assigned to users depending on their role within your organisation.

Viewer Dashboard
The viewer dashboard is meant for people in top management and it provides a consolidated view of the business. Users with only the viewer role cannot initiate or authorize transactions.
Maker Dashboard
Users with maker role will see the maker dashboard and will have the access required to initiate transactions.
Checker Dashboard
Users with checker role will see the checker dashboard. The maker role is meant for account signatories - they are permitted by your organisation to authorise payments. Checker is responsible to review and ensure correctness of transactions.
