BSP shareholders approve company name change to BSP Financial Group Limited

BSP will now continue to progress the submission of its application to the Australian Securities Exchange for listing on the ASX.

If approved, BSP’s shares will be traded on both the PNGX and ASX.

CEO, Robin Fleming, when commenting on the change of name, said that the iconic trading name of BSP will continue to be used across the Pacific.
