Rosemary Mawe, BSP's manager corporate sponsorship when presenting the computers said BSP recognise the importance of empowering women and the importance of such organisations as such it was prompted to lend a helping hand.
"This donation is part of the bank's desire to play a meaningful role in the communities in which it operates," said Ms Mawe.
PNGWiB president, Janet Sape thanked BSP for the support and further appealed to business houses and government stakeholders to come to their aid. The organisation has a membership of over 20,000 women nationwide.
