Pakar joined the bank in March, 1993 as a Customer services Officer performing various roles in various branches.
Until 2 years ago, he joined the Branch-less Banking Sales Officer at the Waigani Banking Center Branch.
"This award is a great milestone, since I began my employment back in 1993 (former PNGBC) it reflects my dedication as an employee and I am thankful for that. To get this far, all you will have to do is practice professionalism and integrity. BSP has helped me a lot in my career, I remembered renting places around the city but now with the BSP staff housing scheme, I was able to own a home for myself and my family."
