Senior Enterprise Data Steward

About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data stewardship? We are seeking an accomplished Senior Enterprise Data Steward to enhance our data governance capabilities. In this critical role, you will define data standards and processes, ensuring that our data assets are governed, managed, and protected to support business growth and regulatory compliance.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Data Standards and Policies: Develop and maintain data management policies, standards, and guidelines to promote effective governance and ensure compliance with regulatory
• Data Asset Management: Identify, catalog, and monitor critical data assets to ensure alignment with business needs and governance policies.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Partner with data owners, stewards, and IT teams to manage data assets effectively and create business rules, metrics, and dashboard
• Enterprise Data Catalogue: Maintain and enhance BSP’s enterprise data catalogue, ensuring meta data quality and data discoverability.
• Education and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and workshops

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline. Certifications in data governance or quality (e.g., CDP, CDA) are
• Experience: At least 5 years in data management or analysis, with a strong track record in enterprise data
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, data governance frameworks, and tools like Familiarity with BI tools and Python is a plus.
• Key Attributes: Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills,with a commitment to fostering a culture of data responsibility.
