We are seeking a dynamic Senior Data Quality Analyst to lead the charge in embedding robust data quality practices across our Retail Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and enforce comprehensive data quality policies and standards aligned with BSP’s data governance framework. Ensure consistent application across the enterprise to safeguard data integrity and reliability.
• Data Quality Metrics: Design, implement, and maintain data quality health scores and metrics, ensuring timely detection and resolution of data issues.
• Data Tool Management: Serve as the business owner for data quality tools, optimizing their use to automate and streamline data validation processes.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Conduct root cause, analyses and engage with cross-functional teams to address data quality challenges effectively.
• Awareness and Change Management: Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to raise awareness and embed a culture of data excellence through training and change management strategies.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field. Advanced certifications in data quality or governance (e.g., CDP, CDA) are highly
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data management, business intelligence, or analytics, with proven expertise in SQL and data analysis.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA,DCAM), data wrangling, and tools like Collibra or
