Digital Designer

About the Role

This position is based in Port Moresby and reports to the Brand & Marketing Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing in-house creative concepts, artwork development and graphic support for Branding through Advertisements, Point of Sale Material, Billboard & Signage and Production of associated works per the Bank’s approved mediums – Publications (Newsletters, Magazines & Newspaper) and Digital (Social Media) platforms.

Key Deliverables

• Support the Head of Marketing & PR and the Manager – Brand & Advertising in executing brand strategies aligned with BSP’s Brand Architecture, Vision, and Objectives.
• Update and maintain the BSP Bank/Group Brand Manual and Style Guidelines to ensure consistent and approved use of logos and branding elements.
• Develop concepts and provide in-house creative support for product campaigns, launches, and branding materials across BSP PNG, Pacific Markets, and subsidiaries.
• Maintain and update branding across all BSP products, merchandise, POSMs, and other materials, ensuring quality and compliance with standards at branches and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams, branch managers, and external suppliers to produce, deliver, and manage branding materials while maintaining timely communication on task progress.

Essential Qualifications, Professional/Skills and Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design and/or website updating  Minimum 2 years in design environment
• Experience in Sales/Marketing is a bonus
• Experience in Promotion, Events and campaign
• Proficient in Written and Oral English with strong communication skills
• Proficient in General & Desktop Microsoft Applications(Adobe suite ,InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Basic technical skills in Industry Knowledge.
• General understanding in Competition & Consumer protection law.
