Card Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Card Product Manager to lead the development and management of our card products. The successful candidate will oversee product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our card products meet customer needs and industry standards. This role is based at WHO and reports to the Head of Cards.

Key Deliverables

• Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive cards strategy aligned with the BSPs overall goals.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
• Lead the design and development of new card products, features, and enhancement and ensure that card products are attractive, competitive, and meet customer expectations.
• Lead the performance monitoring of card products, with created performance indicators. Conduct regular product evaluation.
• Develop pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, analytics, customer service) and external partners (vendors, banks) to deliver outstanding products.
• Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions about card product performance.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch performance.

Essential Qualifications, Professional/Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the financial services or payments industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in card products.
• Project management expertise and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
