The successful incumbent is responsible for providing desktop support to all the end-users across BSP including Pacific Markets, restore services relating to the BSP Desktop infrastructure within agreed timeframes and standards, communicate effectively, apply incident and problem management and demonstrate a high level of customer service and service quality.
Data Centre Technician

The positions are based in Port Moresby and will report to the Data Centre Team Lead. The successful incumbents are to assist in all aspects of the Data Centre operations and is responsible for; Supporting the day to day operations of the Data Centre, Deployment of equipment, moves and removal of I.T Hardware 1st Line hardware support. Assembly, deployment and maintenance of equipment in BSP’s Data Centers.
